Feeling thankful tonight. I just got back from hanging out with my friend of 22 years by the name of Bubba Cox. He was my partner in crime back when I was living in the flesh and making alot of bad decisions. It’s amazing to see how the Lord has changed both of our lives and that we are still friends after all these years. We had our ups and downs as friends the last couple of years but we put all that aside as our bond is unbreakable. We ate some tastey rib-eye steaks and veggies and just kicked back and told stories and enjoyed the view. It’s funny how things change as we age. It was good seeing you Bubba. God is working in your life in major ways. As a friend I am very proud of the husband and father you have become. Love you brother.

Call to prayer. Please read my boys email below and please pray for him and his family. I have known Alan since I was a small child. He is an amazing man who is currently serving our Country in the Armed Forces. Holy Spirit come and do a Dunamis work in every area of his life. A healing and renewing of faith in myself and my wife, the last 5 yrs have been hard on my family with the deployments and being away. My heart is as hard as titanium and cold. I am losing my family because I can’t relate to them as well as I used to and it is driving my wife back to her pagan ways because she doesn’t feel like God is hearing her prayers. Guidance and wisdom on how to speak to her about the love of Christ and to be able to be loving and caring once again.

I also just received this prayer request yesterday from my Uncle Bill in Georgia. He has a friend by the name of Mary who has a cousin Andy who lives in Colorado. He has cancer that has returned to his brain and leg. He has a couple treatment options how about the option of “being healed instantly” by the power of the Holy Spirit. Remember the Bible said, “on earth as it is in Heaven”. In Heaven there is no sickness or disease. So Holy Spirit come and show this family and doctors and all their friends in Colorado your healing power. I claim 100% healing of this cancer in the brain and leg. I claim that when they go to the doctor for their next visit that they will not find any trace on disease. We expect it Lord.! We know you heal all!

Hi everyone. I just received an email for an urgent prayer request. At 6pm pacific standard time please pray as the Holy Spirit leads you for deliverance for a man named Daniel. He is going through some serious spiritual warfare and we all need to blast the spiritual realm and take down all darkness and loose all strongholds. Also pray for Sue and Charlie as they will be leading this session.

Good Friday evening people. I just got back from a tasty dinner at Fisherman’s Restaurant on the San Clemente pier. I was with one of my boys by the name of Steve Miranda who teaches with me in Irvine. 10 years ago I was told I would not like this man before I even met him. After the first 5 seconds that I knew him we have been best buddies ever since. It’s funny who the Lord brings into your life. Steve is a proud Mexican brother in Christ and is 60 years old. He is the most hard working, loyal, amazing father, and giving man I have ever known. 10 years later here we are sitting at Fisherman’s 2 months before he retires. Thanks for your friendship Steve. I have learned alot from you.

I encourage you all to pray for Steve as he enters the next phase of his life. Pray for direction on how he can use his gifts for the Kingdom these next years and for direction in his personal life. Love you brother Steve. See you Monday!

I was listening to this song on the way into work this morning. I love to worship in the car or listen to the Bible on CD. Take a quiet minute to think about how big God is and how nothing is impossible for him.

You all all prayed up for the day. See where God is working at join in. The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!

Good Tuesday to you all. I have a couple prayer requests today. I encourage you to get on your hands and knees and pray and cry out to the Lord on behalf of these people and their needs. It’s time for a breakthrough. Holy Spirit come. I pray for victory in each one of these peoples lives. Come with power and authority and show the world that the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand. I am going to leave out their names but the Lord knows who they are.

Pray for some of my x students who are partying like rock stars. Pray for revival in the youth. It’s time they learn who they really are in Christ Jesus. If any of my x students are reading this Jesus wants to have a personal realtionship with you. He has a plan for your life. Pray for 2 friends of mine who would like to give birth but have been unable to for quite some time.

Pray for a family I am close to who is at the breaking point with their kids and their marriage. They need a breakthrough NOW.

Pray for a friend who just found out she is pregnant. Pray for a perfectly healthy baby and mom.

Pray for a co-worker of mine who is in the hospital having tests done to find out what is wrong. In the name of Jesus I claim he is healed.

Pray for a friend of mine who is having body image issues. This is a lie that the devil likes to use to keep you in darkness and to steal your joy. If you are someone who is dealing with this issue the Bible sais in Psalm 139:13-14 For You formed my inward parts;You wove me in my mother’s womb. 14 I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made;Wonderful are Your works, and in Jeremiah 1:5 it sais Before I formed you in the womb I knew you. What this is telling me is God does not make mistakes. You are beautiful inside and out. Tell the devil and his lies to take a hike. You are fearfully an wondefully made!

Good afternoon to you on this beautiful, sunny Sunday. Last night at the Vineyard Community Church Pastor Hudgins was talking about 1 Thessalonians 3:1-5 where Paul is encouraging new believers to stand firm in the midst of great trials. In verse 4 it sais” we kept telling you in advance that we were going to suffer affliction; and so it came to pass, as you know”.

When I asked Jesus into my heart as Lord and Savior it was during a time of great trial in my life. Once I started to walk with the Lord things did not get easier. They got even harder because the enemy was not happy with my new relationship with Jesus. Pastor Hudgins mentioned some people think becoming a Christian makes things easy and solves all your problems. But as you can see in the verses above Paul was warning the new believers to get ready for some new afflictions. Don’t get me wrong some things do become easier but now we have a greater commission that Jesus wants to live out which can bring peaks and valley. The peaks are awesome but I have also learned to LOVE the valleys as this is when I have grown so close the Lord and seen his Love, Power, Healing, Faith, Strength, Joy, Compassion at its greatest.

In verse 2 Paul sent Timothy to strengthen and encourage them and their faith during this trial. I have a group of friends a family who support daily and I am so grateful to the Lord for them. If you are someone who does not have that support system I encourage you to get involved at a local Church and start to build friendships through small groups, mens/womens groups, prayer team or just being in the Church body on Sunday’s. This is where you are going to find your life long friends. I didn’t find this out until I was in my mid 20’s but the Lord was faithful and surrounded me with 6 Godly men who are on fire for Jesus.

I will be praying for the rest of the afternoon and evening for all trials and strongholds as the Holy Spirit brings them to my attention. Hello everyone. This morning the word “strongholds” has really been on my heart. What I mean by strongholds is things in your life that are keeping you back from all that God has for you. I have found it is usually something you have never told anyone before but yet it’s a stumbling block to your Christian walk on a daily basis. It’s always on your mind. I have definitely had a few of these in my time and I am thankful I have parents and a close group of friends who support me pray for me, and do not judge me during those times.

When Jesus died on the Cross for our sins and sicknesses those strongholds were broken for ever but sometimes we let our fleshly desires or we let the enemy come in and steal our joy and he tries to cloud our minds with many things to take our eyes off Jesus. Yes the devil and his demons are real and are working very hard right this minute to do whatever it takes to blind you and keep you from having a personal relationship with Jesus or if you are a believer to not walk in all that he has for you. Once you accept Jesus into our heart as Lord and Savior the same Holy Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead is also in you.

I claim right now, HOLY SPIRIT COME. Come and destroy any strongholds in every persons life who is reading this right now. Devil and demons you have no power and authority over any believer in Christ Jesus. BE GONE. Walk in your victory today. IT IS FINISHED!
