Top of the summer evening to you. This afternoon I was at my parents house chillin out with my parents out on the back patio and we were talking about some stuff in our lives and I said it seems like everyone is hurting these days. Then I said, is that because these days more people are willing to now talk about it or when I was younger I was just oblivious to what people were going through.
The reason why I am mentioning this is because right before I got to my parents house my buddy called me and told me a mutual friend of ours, sister was admitted to the hospital for some serious mental illness issues and I thought man this family needs a break and some rest. As usual I do not want to mention any names but please pray for her and their family.
Please also pray for a friend of mine whose grand daugther is 19 and not making good decisions in many areas of her life. That she would re-commit her life to the Lord 100% and make a complete turn around. I thank you for that in advance JESUS!
Pray for a man named Dave who is also going through some heavy issues in his life and for his wife to give her life to Jesus as well.
Father God thank you for knowing what we need before we even ask. Thank you that you hold the universe in the palm of your hand. Thank you that you are omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscient. Thank you that it says in Ephesians 3:20 that you are able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to your power that is at work within us. Thank you for what you are about to do in each one of the above persons lives. Do work Holy Spirit! Amen!
Meeting went well today. Thank you for all your prayers. To Cody you are an awesome young man with so much potential. You have Jesus in your heart so the Bible says you are a new creation. Your slate has been wiped clean and it’s time for a new beginning. Get involved in your local Church, get involved with the high school program at Church and read the Bible daily. God has a plan for your life. You can do it brother.
Hello guys. This evening I am in need of some prayer please. I have some heavy meetings this week with some people who need healing, refreshing, rest, and “Joy” in their lives. Please pray for a meeting I have tomorrow at 12:15pm, Wednesday at 12:30pm, and Saturday afternoon. Please lift up whatever the Holy Spirit prompts you to pray for during those times. If you can actually pray during the exact time on those days it can really make a difference in the spiritual realm. Pray for the Holy Spirit to speak through me and give me the right words to say.
In 2001 I had a evangelist friend of mine lay hands on me and pray over me and my mom wrote down all the things he said about me in the prayer. Part of what he said for me was he asked God to “fill me with joy, a double portion of joy, to let me overflow with joy”, and what still sticks to me this day is when he said, “your joy be in him and complete.” My Joy is in the Lord not what society thinks joy is. It changed my life.
I claim that kind of Joy for the people I am meeting with and everyone who is reading this including myself. In the book I am reading “From Fear To Faith” by Merlin Carothers he says, “joy equals power, joy causes us to get where we want to go, and believing that God causes everything to work for our good turns our joy switch on.”

Good Sunday to you all. I just want to remind everyone that it says in Philippians 4:13,” I can do all things through him who strengthens me” and in Mark 9:23 it says, “All things are possible to him who believes” and lastly in 2 Corinthians 3:17 it says, ”Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.”
The reason why I am mentioning these 3 verses this morning is the last couple days I have been talking to 2 friends who have been going through some heavy times. One has been going through something for the past 20 years and is at his breaking point and one who has been dealing with physical pain that never calms down. So for my 2 brothers the verses above are for you and I know the Holy Spirit is ready to heal, deliver, and to do a refreshing of your minds. I encourage you to pray specifically for your needs and have “faith” and “believe” that what Jesus did back in his time when he walked the earth is still done today. I encourage you to praise and thank God for all the circumstances in your life both good and bad. Yes I just said to thank him for your bad circumstances as he knows what you are going through and is ready to deliver. This is where fear turns to FAITH.
To learn more about thanking God in all of your circumstances I encourage you to read “From Fear To Faith” by Merlin Carothers. During hard times in our life we need to saturate ourselves by reading the Bible. Look up all verses on healing, faith, trust, strength, signs, wonders, miracles. We also need to be in prayer and around people who can encourage and uplift you. I encourage you to get plugged into your local Church.
In conclusion in Romans 8:28 it says, “We know that all that happens to us is working for our good if we love God and are fitting into his plans.” In my life I have been in so many situations where I could not see how God was going to work this one out but with daily trust and perseverance when the delivery came I sat back in awe of what God was putting together behind the scenes. Expect it people. The Lord does not show up on our schedule. He wants us to adjust to his schedule.

Word of the day. I have been learning in my life to praise and thank God for “all” circumstances in my life both good and bad. I feel like when I do this out loud something is released and a peaceful, confidence comes over me. I encourage you all to right now thank God for everything that is going on in your life as He has a plan fully laid out for you if you are willing to walk by his side on a daily basis. Enjoy your day.
Good morning. I was just re-reading the word from John Kloos below and it is awesome. I love the way he describes God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. For those of you who are not believers I challenge you to ask God to reveal himself to you in a way that can’t be denied. Once you ask him to do that make sure you become hyper aware of everything that is going on around you and see where God is working and join in. As I said many times before and will continue to say, Jesus wants to have a personal relationship with you right now. He knows everything you are going through. He knows every hair on your head and knew you before you were born. He knew you in your mother’s womb. He is the Savior of the world. I just got fired up for some reason and you are all prayed up for the day.

We will be meeting with the lovely one again to know His goodness and love which continually washes over us. We need to be washed by the water of His word and His tangible presence. He brings His wisdom and perspective into our beings where we conform not to our understanding but we are transformed by His. Wisdom and Truth is a person, Jesus the risen Christ, the lover of your soul and lifter of your head. He is for you in these times if you will but come to Him and let His truth set you free from all darkness. The letter of the law brings death but His Spirit brings life. The times for knowing about Him in the empty ways of our forefathers is passing we must know Him intimately for He has written His word on our hearts and He has made His home in us. He is constantly speaking to you in the language of heaven which is perfect love that cast out all fear, fear is the opposite of faith and drives us into unbelief which plagues us as His children and robs us of the heavenly gifts that are ours in Christ.
We pursue our own ways and desires and we do not seek Him but we go to our own wisdom and understanding which has failed us in every way. We then think it strange that God allows bad things to happen to us or we are bearing up under our cross and can’t understand why God has done this to us. God does not allow bad things to happen to us, He is not the author of tragedy, sin, sickness, brokenness and everything else that lives in the fallen world. He is light, a consuming fire, love personified and He has entered with His grace into our world to deliver us from this bondage. He comes with power and His glory and has given us the Son. We have all things in Him and everything we need to overcome, heaven needs to do no more. His grace is sufficient for us. The Spirit of life, our Counselor and Comforter would teach us to move in what we already have and stop praying for what He has already given us but to conquer in everything because the victory is already won. May your minds be transformed and every thought taken captive to bring you into alignment with heaven and the King of Kings. Come and see that the Lord is good, eat the bread that came down from heaven, drink of Him the living waters so you won’t get thirsty again, arise and shine for this is the day God has made for you, this is your time on the earth to glorify Him, we don’t get second chances to come back. When you have tasted of Him, encountered Him, Seen Him nothing else compares and your joy will be found in Him as you bear fruit in Him.
I want to encourage you to bring your kids and the younger people in their teens as the Lord has something He wants to touch them with this night. Our children have to know that He is real and receive their inheritance in Him. We will have child care this night for you. Be blessed and encouraged for our God does not sleep, He is faithful and what He started in you He will complete.
Bless you as you encounter Him and all of His goodness and respond to Him with the Joy that you were made for.
Whats the word people. This morning I am waking up with a heavy but reflectful heart as yesterday was the last day of school for me in the 2009-2010 school year and my 12th year of teaching overall. As some of you might know I teach physical education and as each year ends I reflect on what happened during the school year. This year was a heavy year for many reasons but it was a heavy year where I could see God moving in big ways.
It is refreshing to see young people who are on fire for the Lord and are not afraid to show it in their young lives which can be hard to do especially at the middle school level as popularity, gossip, what do I look like, how much “cool stuff” do I have plays a big part in their everyday middle school lives.
I always wonder did I make a difference this year. Could they tell I care about what happens to them today through eternity in their lives. Could they tell I was different. I always wonder what my students are going to become in the future and I am very thankful for facebook as it is my rule that I do not add any x students until they graduate from high school but I am able to see how they are developing into young adults, where they are going to school, and what activities they are involved with.
So I ask you all today to please pray for my students who are moving on to 9th grade and a whole new set of obstacles to overcome as they mature. Pray that the Holy Spirit would move on each and everyone of them in a big way. That they would make good moral decisions and learn who they are in Christ and that they would use their talents and abilities to the fullest.
Pleas also pray for the incoming 7th graders as middle school can be a scary place in the beginning. I am off the 8th grade promotion at my school. Everyone reading this is prayed up for the day.
Prayer Requests
Hi everyone. Plese pray for the following requests. As usual I will leave out peoples names for privacy. God honors our prayers. Yesterday a father we have all been praying for on previous prayer requests told his boys he loves them and is proud of them for what they endured last week. That is amazing. Thank you Lord.
-20 year old woman who is abusing her body in many ways, that she would give that up and would trust in God the Father and know that God loves her eventhough her real father does not.
-23 year old woman who needs to fully commit her life to the Lord and to do the work needed to heal and get through her issues.
-3 friends of mine who would like to get pregnant and have healthy babies
-continue to pray for Jared Hall from the Fellowship Of Christian Athletes
-pray for Chesters wife Sari who strained her eye last week. I claim complete healing!
-pray for a person who needs to let go of anger, resentment and grudges against a friend she has known for many years.
-lastly play for Joran Van Der Sloot to take accountability for what he has done to 2 families, that he will repent of his sins and ask Jesus into his heart. He is going to need it where he is staying.

Happy Father’s day to everyone. God blessed me with the best father in the history of the world. His name is Brad Caldwell and he is my idol in everyway. He is the rock and leader of our family, hard working, selfless, loves my mom unconditionally, loves my sister and I and most importantly loves Jesus and you can see it in how he lives his life.
My dad has always supported and guided me through the years and I hope one day soon I can be the kind of father my dad is to me on a daily basis and use the tools he has given me. Thank you dad I strive everyday to make you proud of me. I love you so much
Evening everyone. Last night I had an amazing quiet time with the Lord. The world seemed so still and calm it was awesome. I felt so good and peaceful in his presence. I was reading a new book called “Prison To Praise” by Merlin Carothers along with reading the book of Ephesians in the Bible. The book is not about a prison with bars, but about a prison of circumstances and how to be set free.
One of the vesrses Merlin mentioned is 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18,” Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances for this is God’s will for you!” He was talking about how to turn every difficult situation into joy which was really speaking to me.
Reading this book prompted me to start reading the book of Ephesians again and in Chapter 1 verse 7 it says,” In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace”. I am so grateful for what Jesus did for us on the Cross and I was a bit sad thinking about a couple of friends of mine who I have been talking to recently who are stuck in that “prison” and can see know way out as their minds are clouded with doubt, fear and the lies of the devil.
The first step to getting out of that prison it to ask Jesus into your heart as your Lord and Savior and admitting you are a sinner and that you need help and that your way is not working and that you need help from the Savior of the World. Once you do that you will see the world through “different eyes” believe me. Once I asked Jesus into my heart and I actually meant what I was saying things changed quickly. It has been quite a ride the last 14 years.
