Are You Ready To Do Work?

Thursday, 28. April 2011 19:24

What an awesome, beautiful day it has been. I fell very inspired and fired up right now. I know I am repeating myself but JESUS can fix, heal, and use the hurts and junk you have been through to not only CHANGE YOUR LIFE in amazing ways and SET YOU FREE but use YOUR HURTS AND JUNK to touch others for the Kingdom. I met with 2 people today who have been through very difficult things in their lives and are now doing the work it takes to get through the hurt and pain and are about to soar like an eagle.

Let me say it again. These 2 are WILLING TO DO THE WORK NEEDED. When I became a born again Christian in 1996 my problems did not disappear immediatley. Oh no, the work was just beginning. The first step is always to start a personal relationship with Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. You can do that by clicking here. Let me know how I can pray for you and if you are need there are people that can help.

I challenge you to do the work in your life that has been on your mind probably for quite some time. Start right now. Ask Jesus for help and then let the adventure begin. He will start to speak to you in many ways in your life. I will be praying for you. If you are reading this in the future I am praying for you to!

Neal

p.s.-Believe me people, I have plenty of work to do as well so please pray for me.

p.s. Again- pray for the families who have lost loved ones and their homes and businesses due to the devastating tornadoes and floods the past week.

Please blast that Cancer with healing prayer right now.

Neal

I’ve been reading this book on the love language of God. The writer talks about how God created Adam with a longing in his heart to share his life with someone. God had given him the privilege of naming all the plants and animals and having dominion over the earth but he had no one to share it with. So God created Eve for him to satisfy that longing in his heart. So, I was telling God how you have such a longing in your heart for your Eve and would He fulfill that longing soon, even today. Yes, Lord. Amen!!

He Is Risen Quotes

Sunday, 24. April 2011 7:37

King Jesus has risen! Below are a bunch of facebook posts from my friends today. To start a personal relationship with Jesus right this moment click here. I made the same choice in 1996.

Neal

-is blown away by the fact that today millions of people celebrate the death of a carpenter from Nazareth. And on sunday will celebrate the resurrection. History has been made.

-He is Risen!

-I personally believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God. One Facebooker has challenged all believers to post this on their wall. The Bible says, if you deny Me in front of your peers, I will deny you in front of my Father. This is a simple test. If you love God and are not afraid to show it, re-post this; I proudly did.

-”The lost art of living was found again when the cross become loving and Christ became friend.”

-Happy Easter Everyone!! We will be closed today but we do have church at 9:30!! Come celebrate our risen Lord with us at Hot Rod Church for Sinners. Have a great day!!

-He is Risen…..Don’t hate…

-Woke up Praising a Living Savior today! Be blessed as you Celebrate Easter.

-{Light of the world by darkness slain
Then bursting forth in glorious Day
Up from the grave He rose again

And as He stands in victory
…Sins curse has lost its grip on me
For I am His and He is mine
Bought with the precious blood of Christ}

-The greatest day in history, Death is beaten, You have rescued me
Sing it out Jesus is alive!
The empty cross, The empty grave, Life eternal You have won the day
Shout it out Jesus is alive… HE’S ALIVE!!!!

-“Why do you look for the living among the dead? He is not here; He has risen!”

-Hope is here … Join in heaven’s song … JESUS SAVES !!!

Because Of The Cross, My Interest In This World Has Been Crucified

Sunday, 17. April 2011 9:50

Welcome back to Neal To The Cross on this beautiful Sunday. I was just having a quiet time with the Lord in my parents back yard and praying over the Saddleback Valley. Galatians 6 was really speaking to me especially verse 14 where it says, “Because of the cross, my interest in this world has been crucified.” How awesome is that. Earlier this morning I also felt an overwhelming burden to pray for anyone who is sick or hurting so if that is you healing and breakthrough is here RIGHT NOW! If I can pray for you in any way please let me know.

Neal

Galatians 6 We Harvest What We Plant
1 Dear brothers and sisters, if another believer[a] is overcome by some sin, you who are godly[b] should gently and humbly help that person back onto the right path. And be careful not to fall into the same temptation yourself. 2 Share each other’s burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ. 3 If you think you are too important to help someone, you are only fooling yourself. You are not that important.

4 Pay careful attention to your own work, for then you will get the satisfaction of a job well done, and you won’t need to compare yourself to anyone else. 5 For we are each responsible for our own conduct. 6 Those who are taught the word of God should provide for their teachers, sharing all good things with them.

7 Don’t be misled—you cannot mock the justice of God. You will always harvest what you plant. 8 Those who live only to satisfy their own sinful nature will harvest decay and death from that sinful nature. But those who live to please the Spirit will harvest everlasting life from the Spirit. 9 So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up. 10 Therefore, whenever we have the opportunity, we should do good to everyone—especially to those in the family of faith.

Who Is Down To Pray?

Thursday, 14. April 2011 18:12

Praying has been on my heart again in a huge way the last week. That is all I think about and random topics and people keep coming to mind. As I said before I do not take those prompts by the Holy Spirit lightly as I know in that very moment I need to pray. I have been talking to a couple of my x-studnets the last couple days so please pray for them. One has had family issues for many years and has recently made some poor decesions in his life that he feels ashamed about. Pray he can take accountability for what he has done, repent, and move forward side by side with the Lord. Pray for another x-student who has been through alot in his young life but is now starting to make a name for himself in the clothing world. Pray he can walk close with the Lord and be respectful to his family no matter what is going on at home. That he can trust in the Lord yet have peace and joy as he goes through this time.

Another x-student has been sober from heroin for almost 1 month now and I am very proud of him. Holy Spirit touch his heart and show him who you are. Pray he continues to stay clean in every way and start his life fresh and new. My boy Adam Bretag has been holding his weight at about 140 but he told me yesterday he has not been doing so well and he is going to go back to part time treatment asap for his eating disorder. Keep praying for him daily as he will win the battle because light always crushes darkness.

My sister who is pregnant is doing well. Pray for a healthy baby and mom and joy, peace, and trust as she goes through her pregnancy. LOVE YOU MEL! And lastly, please pray for protection and guidance over me as I try and be a servant in the Lord in all that I do. Let me know how I can pray for.

Fear and Faith

Tuesday, 12. April 2011 19:18

Hebrews 13:6, “The Lord is my helper, so I will have no fear. What can mere people do to me?”

If you are struggling with faith or fear right now I encourage you to read Hebrews 11 below. All you need is a LITTLE faith and let God do the rest. The stories are amazing. Let me know how I can pray for you.

Neal

Hebrews 11 Great Examples of Faith
1 Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see. 2 Through their faith, the people in days of old earned a good reputation.

3 By faith we understand that the entire universe was formed at God’s command, that what we now see did not come from anything that can be seen.4 It was by faith that Abel brought a more acceptable offering to God than Cain did. Abel’s offering gave evidence that he was a righteous man, and God showed his approval of his gifts. Although Abel is long dead, he still speaks to us by his example of faith.

5 It was by faith that Enoch was taken up to heaven without dying—“he disappeared, because God took him.”[a] For before he was taken up, he was known as a person who pleased God. 6 And it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him. 7 It was by faith that Noah built a large boat to save his family from the flood. He obeyed God, who warned him about things that had never happened before. By his faith Noah condemned the rest of the world, and he received the righteousness that comes by faith.

8 It was by faith that Abraham obeyed when God called him to leave home and go to another land that God would give him as his inheritance. He went without knowing where he was going. 9 And even when he reached the land God promised him, he lived there by faith—for he was like a foreigner, living in tents. And so did Isaac and Jacob, who inherited the same promise. 10 Abraham was confidently looking forward to a city with eternal foundations, a city designed and built by God.

11 It was by faith that even Sarah was able to have a child, though she was barren and was too old. She believed[b] that God would keep his promise. 12 And so a whole nation came from this one man who was as good as dead—a nation with so many people that, like the stars in the sky and the sand on the seashore, there is no way to count them.13 All these people died still believing what God had promised them. They did not receive what was promised, but they saw it all from a distance and welcomed it. They agreed that they were foreigners and nomads here on earth. 14 Obviously people who say such things are looking forward to a country they can call their own. 15 If they had longed for the country they came from, they could have gone back. 16 But they were looking for a better place, a heavenly homeland. That is why God is not ashamed to be called their God, for he has prepared a city for them.

Enter His Rest

Sunday, 10. April 2011 7:38

Hebrews 4:3, “For only we who believe can enter His rest.” I had an awesome quiet time with the Lord last night. I turned off the TV and sat by the fire and just started praising Jesus with all the words I could think of. I prayed for a heavy presence of he Holy Spirit and then a couple tears came out of my eyes for some reason. In that moment I was in deep reverence for Him.

I have been reading the Word more and more lately, and as I do I my life stays on course and I fell really close to the King. He wants that intimacy with you and I DAILY. I really felt like I had entered His REST last night in that moment and when you do that everything else falls away. A had a nice prayer time and prayed over many people, places, and things that are going on.

I am ready to pray without ceasing! Let me know how I can pray for you right now. If you are reading this in the future it’s never to late. Send in your prayer needs.

Confirmation

Thursday, 7. April 2011 19:19

I have been praying a ton the last couple weeks and on Monday as I was going to sleep I just straight out asked God “is this going to happen, is that going to happen” with a whole bunch of areas in my life and then I fell asleep. The next morning I had totally forgot about what I prayed for the night before and while I was at my day job I received and email from John Kloos out of nowhere completely confirming what I was praying for the night before. The Lord gave John a word about me and it really humbled me.

John told me the Lord said for me to “pray from heaven to earth” and “not from earth to heaven.” He said “the very things I pray for are His desires as well.” How amazing is that confirmation. John said breakthrough is here for me and I can’t wait to see how it all plays out. Please keep praying for me and I will be praying for you.
