Neal Caldwell graduated from San Diego State with a B.S. in Kinesiology in 1998 and began his career in the health, exercise, and teaching industry. After working with many friends, family, students, and athletes for 8 years, he decided to take his knowledge, training, and experience to all people who want to take back control of their health through proper nutrition and functional exercise. Neal lives 100% of what he teaches his clients. Through his own health issues(low back pain, scoliosis, intestinal problems, urinary tract infections, parasites, h- pylori, anxiety), Neal decided to launch “Dunamis” Fitness Holistic Nutrition and Exercise Coaching to help educate and guide each person through the world of nutrition and exercise. Neal takes the time to listen and encourage each individual to meet their goals and to start the healing process in their body from the inside-out.
