According To HIS Power

Ephesians 3:20
20 Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, 21 to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.

This verse has been on my mind all this week so I wanted to pray it over all of you. Expect big things this week. YOU ARE ALL PRAYED UP! YES YOU! If you read this in the future YOU can also expect big things. Amen.

I Can Do Everything Through HIM

Just a reminder to everyone who is reading this right now that Philippians 4:13 says, “For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.” Below is the testimony of one of my x-students Nathan Chang that we shot about a year ago. I saw him yesterday and I can’t believe how well he is now doing after many years of up and downs in his life. He has struggled with many school issues, behavior, mom having cancer, bad relationship with his dad and mental/emotional issues. His perseverance is something to admire. He is only 18 years old but has already lived many lives and is now starting to see God’s plan for him. I am very proud of this young man and he is doing big things and will do even bigger things as he stays close to the Lord.

You can make it through whatever you are going through in your life right now but you have to put Jesus first. Once you do that the rest starts to fall into place. There will be plenty of work to do but you have the King of Kings guiding your life. Click here to learn more about Jesus and how to ask him into your heart as Lord and Savior.

This One Who Is Life

Good afternoon/evening everyone. You are all prayed up for the rest of the week. I was reading 1 John in my quiet time this morning so I thought I would post a little nugget of what I read below. Jesus wants to have a personal relationship with you right now. DIVE IN.

1 We proclaim to you the one who existed from the beginning,[a] whom we have heard and seen. We saw him with our own eyes and touched him with our own hands. He is the Word of life. 2 This one who is life itself was revealed to us, and we have seen him. And now we testify and proclaim to you that he is the one who is eternal life. He was with the Father, and then he was revealed to us. 3 We proclaim to you what we ourselves have actually seen and heard so that you may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ. 4 We are writing these things so that you may fully share our joy.[b]

I Will Advise You And Watch Over You

What’s up everyone? You may have noticed the last couple weeks that I have not been posting as much as I usually do. I am kind of burned out on the whole blogging thing but during my quiet time this morning once I read the verses below I knew I needed to post them for you to read. Believe me, I need to read them again and again as well. Jesus is always after us but as you know we all have free will to choose Him as our Lord and Savior. So whatever sin is holding you back, the sin you are thinking about right now that you know you need to address, repent, and heal from can be cleaned out right now. The Healers name is Jesus Christ and click here to learn more about Him. If you make this decision please let me know. In JESUS their is FREEDOM!

whose disobedience is forgiven,
whose sin is put out of sight!
2 Yes, what joy for those
whose record the Lord has cleared of guilt,[b]
whose lives are lived in complete honesty!
3 When I refused to confess my sin,
my body wasted away,
and I groaned all day long.
4 Day and night your hand of discipline was heavy on me.
My strength evaporated like water in the summer heat.
5 Finally, I confessed all my sins to you
and stopped trying to hide my guilt.
I said to myself, “I will confess my rebellion to the Lord.”
And you forgave me! All my guilt is gone.

8 The Lord says, “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life.
I will advise you and watch over you.
9 Do not be like a senseless horse or mule
that needs a bit and bridle to keep it under control.”

I Will Not Be Afraid

The following was speaking to me during my quiet this morning. I hope it speaks to you.

Psalm 23:4, Even when I walk through the darkest valley, I WILL NOT BE AFRAID, for you are close beside me. Your rod and your staff protect and comfort me.

Psalm 27:1, The Lord is my light and my salvation-SO WHY SHOULD I BE AFRAID? The Lord is my fortress, protecting me from danger, SO WHY SHOULD I TREMBLE?

Verse 3, Though a mighty army surrounds me, MY HEART WILL NOT BE AFRAID. Even if I am attacked, I will remain confident.

In the mighty name of Jesus I come against any spirit of fear that is trying to take anyone down at this moment. BE GONE! 2 Timothy 1:7 says, For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.

Walk in that freedom today.

The Dangers Of The Last Days

Good morning everyone. I went to Saddleback Church last night and Pastor Rick led an amazing service honoring everyone who was effected by 9/11. You can click here to watch a live service today or watch the archived service sometime this week. Let’s all continue to pray for them and pray for revival across the world.

On another note I have been reading the Bible quite a bit the last few days especially in 1st and 2nd Timothy. I encourage you to do the same and see where the Lord leads you. If you do not have a Bible click here and read whatever version is best for you. I like the New Living Translation as it is easier to read and understand.

1 You should know this, Timothy, that in the last days there will be very difficult times. 2 For people will love only themselves and their money. They will be boastful and proud, scoffing at God, disobedient to their parents, and ungrateful. They will consider nothing sacred. 3 They will be unloving and unforgiving; they will slander others and have no self-control. They will be cruel and hate what is good. 4 They will betray their friends, be reckless, be puffed up with pride, and love pleasure rather than God. 5 They will act religious, but they will reject the power that could make them godly. Stay away from people like that!

22 Run from anything that stimulates youthful lusts. Instead, pursue righteous living, faithfulness, love, and peace. Enjoy the companionship of those who call on the Lord with pure hearts. 23 Again I say, don’t get involved in foolish, ignorant arguments that only start fights. 24 A servant of the Lord must not quarrel but must be kind to everyone, be able to teach, and be patient with difficult people. 25 Gently instruct those who oppose the truth. Perhaps God will change those people’s hearts, and they will learn the truth. 26 Then they will come to their senses and escape from the devil’s trap. For they have been held captive by him to do whatever he wants.
